Sitting on these rotating benches, you feel the calmness of the nature surrounding you and the rain falling on your face. It is a perfect spot to hide but is still close to the main walking path. This is a project reflecting on a mapping of the Bölesholmarna island in Umeå. I found the correlation between man made objects and the density of forest interesting. There was more objects in open areas. I didn’t want to design something too big, here the nature is in focus.
